Dog abuse needs more awareness because most people don't even realize that it is a crime. When these innocent animals are being abused the dogs don't even realize what they did wrong. When looking to see if a dog has been abused these are the symptoms to look for.
  • Wounds can be seen on their skin
  • Serious flea or tick infestations
  • Numerous patches of missing hair
  • Thin looking dogs – appearing as if they are starving or ill
  • Limping or having difficulty in walking
  • No visible signs of shelter, food or water
  • Appearance of injury with no signs of vet care
  • Always left outside with no care
  • Behavior of cowering, fearful, timid, excessive aggression, or an abnormal behavior
http://www.waycooldogs.com/ is the website that gave me these symptoms to look for, there are so many different types of abuse. Most people who do abuse their pets come from a violent past , and are taking their physical and mental anger out on these animals.
These dogs inside the barrell clearly don't have the care they deserve.
